In Partnership with Empowering Youth Therapies

As well as leading Forest Therapy sessions through Seasons and Solace, I also run Empowering Youth Therapies — a dedicated service supporting children, young people, and families through evidence based practice.

This partnership allows me to offer specialist Forest Therapy sessions tailored to the emotional and sensory needs of children and teens, particularly those who are neurodivergent or experiencing mental health challenges.

Through this integrated approach, sessions provide:

  • Gentle opportunities for regulation and grounding in nature

  • Sensory-friendly, child-led experiences outdoors

  • An alternative to traditional therapy, with no pressure to talk

  • A space to build confidence, resilience, and connection — at their own pace

Whether you're a parent seeking a supportive outdoor space for your child, or a professional looking to refer, I’d love to chat about how Forest Therapy could help.
